At JustKlassy, we are committed to ensuring you look and feel your best. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy is designed to be as seamless as your style.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return period. You have 7 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or an exchange. After 7 days, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.

2. Conditions for Returns

To maintain our high standards of quality, items must be returned in their original state:

  • Unused: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, deodorant) or makeup stains.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation email is required.

3. Specialized Items (Wigs, Shoes & Clothing)

To protect all our customers, we apply specific rules to certain categories:

  • Wigs & Hair: For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair extensions cannot be returned if the lace has been cut, the hair has been brushed/styled, or the security seal is broken.

  • Shoes: Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface. Returns will not be accepted if the soles are scuffed or marked.

  • Clothing: Items must be free of snagging or alterations.

4. Non-Returnable Items

According to hygiene standards and Nigerian consumer guidelines, the following are Final Sale:

  • Intimate apparel (bodysuits, lingerie, or swimwear).

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance," "Flash Sale," or "Final Sale" event.

5. How to Start a Return

  2. Review: Our team will provide the return address details for our [Insert City, e.g., Lagos/Abuja] hub.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, it undergoes a quality check. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

6. Refunds & Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong size or a damaged item, JustKlassy covers 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind/Size Exchange: For general exchanges, the customer is responsible for the courier fees associated with returning the item and shipping the new one.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
